I'm Sanjiv Kumar

I come from a lineage rooted in deep inner practice and mindfulness. As the grandson of Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji (Guru Maharaj), I have over 40 years of experience practicing and facilitating meditation.

Alongside this foundation, I have spent decades in high-pressure corporate environments, building a successful career as an IT executive and technology leader. This dual background allows me to understand both worlds—the demands of modern professional life and the power of inner stillness.

Today, my work integrates these two disciplines.

My mission is to help individuals lead calmer, clearer, and more purpose-driven lives— not by stepping away from their responsibilities, but by learning how to navigate them with resilience, balance, and inner strength.
